Appointments at Studio Balmmesa should arrive on time during Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00. Late arrivals may be shortened or moved; cancel early via [email protected] so the slot can reopen.

Indirect damages from website downtime on balmmesa.skin are excluded where United States law allows; direct craft faults are handled under our redo policy.
